General description

First we cycle along the Montone ridge with fabulous views of the mountains of Le Marche on one side and the green Tiber valley on the other. Then we turn off into a beautiful, remote and completely untouched valley (This is the one on the flyer photo) After navigating two really steep stretches (Where I would strongly recommend all but the most accomplished cyclists to dismount and push) we begin to see the river Lana sparkling below. The valley gets ever more beautiful as we descend and arrive at a place with some of the most beautiful waterfalls and rock pools I've ever come across. After a refreshing dip (Or swim) we carry on down into the Lana valley and eventually meet up with the Montecastelli road. Some really breathtaking views on this one!
