Start point : Meet at Metano garage San Sepolcro 9.00 (Exit E 45 at S.Sepolcro then turn left at roundabout towards Anghiari. Find Metano Garage on right just after you go under Super strada)
Bring a towel for after fording, a bathing costume if you want a splash (No changing rooms),and a mosquito repellent. Bring picnic or else eat at resturant in S.Sepolcro. Baby parking is possible. (0575 742728)

General description
A 100% off-road and completely flat trail taking you through wonderful unspoilt river-side and water meadow scenery. Cycling is either on single track or dirt tracks and is always easy and yet beautiful.
Trail Breakdown
Garage to lake hut 3 km 15 mins flat dirt track Lake hut to dam 5 km (1 hr) beautiful single track. Ford river and wind way amongst lakes and water meadows.(1 hr single and gravel track) Ford river by lake hut and take dirt track into San Sep.(30 mins)
