After lunch the trail passes across a field and briefly follows the river Cerfone before joining the majestic upper Tiber which flows down from the Apennine mountains to Rome. After a few kilometers we branch off to the northeast following a beautiful trail on the banks of the river Selci. The grade 2 trail stops after about one and a half hours of very easy biking at the village of Lama. Here you will find a variety of bars and cafes in which to relax briefly before being picked-up and taken back to your hotel. The grade 4 trail instead carries on up the Selci valley finishing after a total of two to two and a half hours cycling at the enchanted Parnacciano pass.
